Easy taxi booking is available in the greater capital area, including Copenhagen City, Copenhagen Airport (CPH), Roskilde, Hillerød, and Fredensborg. Our fleet consists of approximately 1,000 cars, ensuring an average waiting time of just 5 minutes in Copenhagen. Moreover, nearly 50% of our vehicles are zero-emission electric cars.

HOW TO USE THE APP

1. See the expected waiting time: Upon opening the app, you will immediately see the estimated waiting time based on your current location.
2. Calculate your price: By entering your pickup and destination addresses, you can receive an instant fixed price offer. You can then choose to either book at the fixed price or opt for meter rates.
3. Choose fixed price or meter rates: When selecting a fixed price, you won't have to worry about unexpected traffic changes or congestion that may increase the fare. With a fixed price, you know the cost in advance regardless of any unforeseen delays.
4. Payment: We recommend making payment through the app using a credit card or MobilePay. This allows you to continue with your day upon reaching your destination without needing to wait for credit card terminals within the car. Alternatively, you can pay inside the car using Apple Pay, Google Pay, or cash.
5. Rate your ride: After completing your journey, we would appreciate it if you could rate your experience with us. Thank you.

All chauffeurs at TAXA 4x35 are required to adhere to our corporate service quality standards. They must participate in mandatory day courses followed by a final exam, which is a unique requirement among taxi suppliers in Denmark. Additionally, all chauffeurs must maintain a minimum average customer rating of 4.7 stars. Throughout each year, we conduct mystery shopping to continually monitor and evaluate our service quality.
