HOW TO USE THE APP

See the expected waiting time: Upon opening the app, you will immediately see the estimated waiting time based on your current location.
Calculate your price: By entering your pickup and destination addresses, you can receive an instant fixed price offer. You can then choose to either book at the fixed price or opt for meter rates.
Choose fixed price or meter rates: When selecting a fixed price, you won't have to worry about unexpected traffic changes or congestion that may increase the fare. With a fixed price, you know the cost in advance regardless of any unforeseen delays.
Payment: We recommend making payment through the app using a credit card or MobilePay. This allows you to continue with your day upon reaching your destination without needing to wait for credit card terminals within the car.
